Legal Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase products from MedMarket. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Kenyan law.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription before dispensing, as per the Pharmacy and Poisons Act (Cap 244).

An order is confirmed once payment is received and verified. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (select areas). MedMarket reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify a prescription. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Same-day delivery within Nairobi is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Dispensed pharmaceutical products cannot be returned for safety reasons. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

MedMarket provides health products through a licensed pharmacy. We are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or stopping any medication. Our liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content on medmarket.co.ke, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MedMarket or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
