MedMarket Pharmacies operates in full compliance with Kenyan pharmaceutical law. Every prescription submission is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before any medication is dispensed.

Prescription-only medicines (POM) are dispensed under the Pharmacy and Poisons Act (Cap 244, Laws of Kenya). Only valid, current prescriptions from licensed practitioners are accepted.

Your personal and health data is collected solely for prescription verification and order fulfillment. We do not share, sell, or store your data beyond what is required by law. You have the right to request data access or deletion.

Licensed Pharmacist Review
Every prescription is verified by a Pharmacy and Poisons Board-registered pharmacist. We may decline or request clarification for incomplete, expired, or illegible prescriptions.

Important Notices

🚫 We cannot dispense without a valid prescription
Prescription-only medicines will not be supplied without verified documentation. Forged, expired, or tampered prescriptions will be declined and may be reported.
📷 Prescription photo must be legible
We cannot process blurry, cropped, or partially visible prescriptions. Please ensure the full prescription including doctor’s details, date, and signature is clearly photographed.
⏳ Prescriptions have a validity period
Most prescriptions must be dispensed within six months of the date of issue, or as specified by the prescriber. Expired prescriptions cannot be honored.
🛡️ Controlled substances require extra verification
Narcotic and psychotropic substances under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Control) Act require additional documentation and may only be collected in person.
